Meet Emiko...

After graduating from culinary school, Emiko started her culinary career at a children's special needs hospital in Tokyo. She learned the value that food has in everyone's lives, particularly delicious healthy food for children. After moving to the US, she worked in various pre-schools to continue her passion for teaching young children that healthy food can be delicious. She started Emiko's Home Kitchen to share with others the joy that comes from making a great meal that the whole family can appreciate.
